2 Missed Misscarriages

Hi
In last year I had 2 missed miscarriages after 9 weeks pregnancy baby heart beat  i am again  before my pregnancy I checked myself so my all reports were normal doctor prescribed me blood thinner medicine and one thyroid medicine so i took these medicine for 5 months I tried for pregnancy but can&rsquo;t conceive because due to blood thinner i had spotting issues so 2 months ago I stopped taking medicine but now I conceived my question is that should I take started blood thinner medicine or not

Start immediately Duphaston tablet 10 mg twice daily for four months   IVFC 042-32591427,  units which is one ampoule intramuscular weekly for four months folic acid tablet 5 mg twice daily for six months also take penicillin v tablet 250 mg twice daily for 8 months complete rest for four months you can have an appointment through Marham fir 7 pm your time any day except Sunday
