22 Days Menstruation With Clots

I am 22 . I am not married yet. I didn\'t get my periods on November 2023 but in December at last week i got it for 7 days but after a gap of week on 12th jan i got again my periods with heavy flow and lots of big clots and today is 4th February and with same flow my periods are not stopped. i have no money to got to doctor right now please if someone explain me ? what is happening to me i am very worried. please explain me
