aoa, I'm 33+ week pregnant carrying baby girl alhamdolillah, my problem is lack of sleep , I can't even lay down on any side , due to this my doctor recommend me Alph to sleep for couple of hour's but I'm really scared of it to take dosage doesn't effects my unborn baby nd secondly I have gestational diabetes, I didn't take any kind of fruit through out my pregnancy , I control on my diet but last week doctor recommend me insulin ?
