Talk to Gynecologist on 4.5 Months Post Partum.. Bad Bony And Muscular Aches..depression Etc

I am 4.5 months pp via c a month or so I feel bad bad bony my wrists morning esp my neck and shoulders are badly stiff. I feel depression I had a trauma on my left knee 3 years ago it has started paining again gets bad at times. And since yesterday I feel like something is pinching me from left corner of my cut sometimes. I feel v weak too Taking supplements off and on Not help..
