it showing proper sac but fetal.pole is not seen....follow as dvised for rescan if its because of early pregnancy then it will show in next scan other wise it means only sac is formed with out baby

There should be fetus at 7 weeks pregnancy scan. It is not normal but you can repeat scan after 2 weeks to observe any late growth
