Talk to Gynecologist on 6.4 Week Pregnant But No Cardiac Activity Yet

I am 6.4 week preg. embryo size 0.68 cm. no cardiac activity found yet in transvaginal ultrasound. also a peri sac hemtoma size of 13 x 6 mm identified. Is something to be worried about? do i need treatment or just naturaly wait for cardiac activity?
repeat scan after 2 week, wait
Wait for two weeks, have folic acid and then repeat scan .
