Asking for Sister, Female, 32 years old, Islamabad
Asalam O Aleykum Doctors. My sister is 7 weeks 4 days pregnant but according to her ultrasound sac gestational age shes 6 weeks but with no heartbeat.Her doctor has asked to repeat the scan after 2weeks.Im attaching her report please give your valuable views. Shes so upset since the scan because of no heart beat and fibroids too.What could be the cause of fibroids and treatment?. Her LMP is 25th may 2019. Thank you so much
Thanks there is no report however dr is right to tell her wait for two weeks for fetal heart to appear many reasons for fibroids no treatment for them during pregnancy
Repeat Ultrasound after 2 weeks, sometimes its late conception and pregnancy is of small duration. So relax and hope for best
Take tab folic acid once daily, tab Ca-C 1000 once daily and tab duphastan twice a day. Repeat scan after 2 weeks.

-in case of irregular periods there could be discrepancy between dates of scan and periods dates.
-but it's better to wait for rescan after 2 weeks before reaching to any Decision for any intervention.

-have balanced diet, avoid stress.
-have complete treatment of any health issue u have.
-have recreational activities and quit recreational drugs.
-repeat scan after 2 wks.
