Talk to Gynecologist on 6yr Girl Vaginal Discharge

My six year old daughter has clear vaginal discharge. It's not itchy, she has a dry cough as well. Is the discharge early puberty? Should I be concerned? There are no other symptoms like pubic hair etc.

Commonest reason for vaginal discharge is a foreign body in vagina. Other causes include vulvitis due to chemical irritation with certain soaps but this will not cause vaginal discharge. You must take your daughter for a review. If I was seeing your daughter I would recommend vaginoscopy.
