I am 34 week +2 day pregnant last month my LFTs aur very high but I use urso medicine then my LFTs are low sgpt ( 93) and sgot (71) but my serum bile acid report is 32.5 so what can I do.

In Obstetric cholestasis you need to take care of baby’s movements , As baby’s heart beat is important to check. Also get in touch with a gynaecologist for proper review of your condition. Once weekly checkup is recommended as serum bile acids are high. Get an ultrasound for fetal well being done if not done in 2-3 wks.

I take urso 2+2+2 but bile acid phir bi zayada ho reha hai so kia khana ma koi parhaiz hai.
