U can go for normal delivery if baby is head down position and there is no other issue your doctor can decide once time comes
it's just normal to have 1 loop of cord around neck. u can try for normal vaginal delivery as well as u can also do walk

w salam with one loop of cord still u can have normal delivery if bishop good and pelvis adequate keeping in mind for fetal distress at any stage can lead to em lscs if non progress of labour or second stage failure . you can get a trial of normal labour and walk as well as per your convenience
