Better to go when pains are regular n frequent
salaam. this is normal...you need to go to hospital if there are L.pains or havy bleeding or water leakage or if there is decrease fetal movements.
better to wait for regular pains. but keep an eye on heavy bleeding or leaking or decreased fetal movements.
If baby movements are okay then wait for proper pains to come

better visit ur attending OBG to rule out labour and do CTG fr assessment of fetal well being...
