Talk to Gynecologist on A Black Color Spot On Breast

It's been 3 & half year plus that I've noticed a black colored spot on the right side of my breast near the nipple. Now it's getting bigger gradually. Sometimes, I feel it itchy & it burns slightly & now I'm feeling a mild pain on my breast. I've done my ultrasound almost 2 years ago. I thought that it's a symptom of breast cancer but it wasn't.

23 years. & that spot burns slightly after some months and become itchy and develop a proper round red color 3 mm line on the edges of that spot. and nowadays I'm feeling a mild pain in different parts of breast and in armpits.
