Talk to Gynecologist on A Sort Of Discharge In Early Pregnancy
Asking for Self, Female, 26 years old, North Nazimabad
This is 26 years old pregnant female. 6 weeks of pregnancy. Last year got miscarriage in 8 week. After an year, tried on letrozole and got it after second cycle of medicine. Just missed my IVFC INJ that was recommended on day 13 of cycle. That time i got a little spotting. Further i got conceived. Even after conceiving, i am having a little light brown greyish thread sometimes greenish tint as discharge (please share reason for this) No pain nothing else. Dr. Recommended to take ivfc 5000 im every week once along with duphaston 1+0+1 10 mg for a month. Just gone through some data online where they didn't recommend it for pregnant females. Need a little support and guidance. It will be highly appreciated.

Is it necessary to take IVFC Inj. Every week on same day as taken previously? Or we can delay it for 1-2 days for some genuine reason?

my sweetheart first of all do not panic.secondly wait for for few days and have detailed ultrasound.spotting in early pregnancy is not that uncommon but if no heart beat is there on scan yet u r at risk of miscarriage and if heart is there then only less than 5%risk of miscarriage.what should be of concern is sever lower tummy pain or severe bleeding

Dear have faith and trust your doctor. No doctor would ever give something to a precious pregnancy as yours if it wasn’t recommended. Progesterone support is currently recommended by international guidelines for females who have had a history of miscarriage and currently again having threatened miscarriage. Google cannot educate you about all the stuff what doctors have spent years and years to learn . So be compliant . Regarding discharge it could be an infection rest you need to be examined. Thanku

IVF c in pregnancy has no effect in terms of safety of pregnancy therefore not prescribed. Get your ultrasound to see fetal growth

I think you should continue with both IVF c and Duphaston . Get confirmation of pregnancy by TVS as soon as possible.
