Talk to Gynecologist on Abdominal Pain

I had IC for the first time on Thursday that cause too much bleeding that even last for 2 days then light spotting also I took Emergency contraception (Emkit-DS) 1.5mg right after IC, I was having extreme pain in vagina since then now yesterday I experienced some brown discharge & today I'm having extreme abdominal pain since morning is it due to side effects of pills ? My period date is near 14 15 but it's severe pain than period cramps what is it ? Can you please help in this regard ?
