Talk to Gynecologist on Abdominal Pain After C Section

it's being 3 month of my c section but abdominal pain abhi tak hai.. right after few hours of c section I complain for abdominal pain.. abdomen ko press karny pe pain feel horae thi.. mai nai dr ko bataya to they said k its gases pain per vo pain mery aaj tak khatam nae hua hai bilkul wesi he hai.. jab bhi mai pait ko press karti hun below belly button and lower abdomin to mujy pain feel hoti hai.. press na karo to koi pain nae hai.. normal guzar raha hai sub koi kaam mai bhi pareshani nae bethna sub bilkul theek hai.. no constipation.. per ye pain ki kia waja sai samjh nae aati please guide.. koi lump wagera bhi feel nae hota..
