Talk to Gynecologist on Abortion Bleeding

Facing Continuous Bleeding Problem after every 10 to 15 days this is because 2months before i face a problem of abortion of two babies of two months. After having twice an Ultrasound doctors didn't discovered any piece inside instead they are notifying that its swelling. So please tell me what is the actual cause. or prescribed me and medicines.
