Talk to Gynecologist on Abortion Issue

I have to undergo abortion process when I was 4 weeks pregnant. I took pills and bleeding starts but not too much, some large clots jelly like also passed but there was no liquid blood. This ends same like periods in 7 days. I continued to take home pregnancy test, it came positive then faint positive. There were no symptoms like fever, cramps and bleeding whole month. Then I took Serum Beta HCG test from laboratory and my was 225000 which shows active pregnancy as rate was very high. Now I am confused what to do as there are no symptoms like pain and cramps at all I feel normal till now. Kindly guide me
