Assalam O Alaikum im 39week+5days pregnant. its my 2nd pregnancy, 1st one was normal deliver at exactlyy 40weeks.
my dr asked me to visit when pain start ... OR visit after 2weeks if case pain doesnt start. PS All reports are nomal? baby is in cephalic position water is in adequate range.
my question is is it safe to wait for 42weeks for normal delivery in 2nd pregnancy? what will doc do if i visit 2weks after they will induce me wd natural pain or c section ?
please also give me tips for starting labour pain.

ur attending obstetrician at this time is the best judge...
yes v can wait till 42 weeks safely wth prompt feto maternal surveillance...
all inductions donot necessarily end up in CS...v all follow certain protocols when inducing a patient...trust in Allah...ethg ll b ok...

you can wait till 40 weeks..at 40weeks revisit your dr for ctg and liquor volume and then further plan can be made... but during these days keep an eye on your fetal movements...if decreased better to consult earlier

-Dear treating obstetrician know things well as here although I tried to mention history but many important points, recent necessary situation, known by treating obstetrician.
-Normal Petients with post dates can be induced by having hormonal medications if baby moving well and no other issues, things goes Normal.
Post dates days could be 40 +but not 42 +weeks.
Have strict check on fetal movements if less report immediately.
Report bleeding, pain or any water or discharge.
