wa alaikum salam your pregnancy is high risk you should get time for physical appointment nearby gynaecologist so that she can proper guide you may b cervical cerclage is helpful in your case if bleeding stop and placenta is no more low lying as it shift up with increasing gestation continue duphastone 2 times in a day uptill 36wks or take cyclogest pessary per rectal daily

You haven't told the detail of previous abortions. Duphaston is needed upto 16 weeks in your case . The placenta will move upwards with time . IBS is related to stress , try to remain relaxed .
