Talk to Gynecologist on About Pregnancy

My periods cycle is 28 days, i have missed my periods, i m feeling nausea vomiting from last 1 week, its 33 day of cycle i have spot of bood which is a dark colr on 34th day there is another sopt, which is light brown colr and the next bleeding strt, nd this bleeding is dark colr seem like black colr... Nd now fresh red colr bleeding. What is this? I can't understand my situation, is this a periods or miscarriage bleeding
