Aoa Doctors I am 7 week pregnant. Doctor ny mujhy novafol tables di ha 1 daily.. lakin mujhy dizziness bht or vomiting bhi khany ko dill bhi nahi krta..3 din sy meri left leg main bht pain kam ho jata ha kabi bht ziada... mera weight 47kg ha. Mera bp aksar low hi rehta ha 100/70 or 90/70. Kindly recommend some vitamins etc. Thankx in advance

Only folic acid is needed in first 3 months. You can take ensure powder in water. Better to go to hospital in case intravenous fluids needed if you vomit everything out.
It’s better not to take vitamins in first trimester just take novafol and navidoxin for bp is Normal in take juices and fruits more in quantity

Better to improve ur diet especially in first trimester.
If you can't tolerate it due to nausea, add another antiemetic like navidoxin or gravinate.
improve your diet... continue with novafol... fluid intake bahter karin take tablet envepe or navidoxin for vomiting... vitamin and other supplements should be started after 13 weeks
