Talk to Gynecologist on Absent Periods
Asking For Self, Female, 22 Years old, Karachi
I didn’t get my periods in the month of August but in the last week of August I felt very slight cramps and slight blood in my discharge for two days. And this month I didn’t get my periods as well and didn’t felt any cramps as well. I started taking tab Primolut N since last Friday two times a day but I don’t really feel a difference except my migraines. Shall I continue taking this tab? What could be the reasons. Any tests or ultrasounds? I am unmarried height is 5’3 and wait is 100kg I also have some symptoms like skin tags, acne and dark spots

Beta is this the first time your periods delayed ?? and i recommend primolut N three times a day for 5 days for withdrawl bleed ( means when u stop taking primolut then ur bleeding starts, may take 2-7 days ) . Secondly u need to reduce wait and do dietary modifications. Third get your ultrasound done . and if u also has history of previous delayed periods then it indicating towards PCOS . JazakAllah doctor! This is the first time happening that I am not getting my periods. It’s almost three months and I didn’t get my periods!
