Talk to Gynecologist on Acic Reports Analysis

i m a mbbs .i have sent a couple to australian infrtility centre for ivf or any other assisted suitable way iui etc femle partner of couple has her 2nd mariage and in first one she had only one miscariage no other pregnancy in each mariage. always male partners weak semen analysis was noticed and reported but in this visit drs from tht centre emphasis was on female patient saying it was u who were not ok .she is very very disheart.i have attached couple reports here . secondly they r asking for 4lakh couple is not affording. i want discuss these reports. although i guided my female patient fr lifestyle change and little bit weight I want guidance any centre for low expenditures for i.v.f and wat can be done for female partner till
