Hello Docter , i am at my 34th week of pregnancy and growth shows 32+6 days in US with AFI 8.8cm recently. pls let me know if the level is ok or how to increase AFI level naturally. Also not feeling any leakage or discharge. Thanks in advance.

It is within normal limits. Get your Doppler scan done.
Everything is normal , no need to worry . Get Doppler scan at 36 weeks for further management.

already done doppler scan twice the RI values were 0.74 and then reduced to 0.7 last week but the growth of two weeks is there with increase in weight . but difference of two weeks is there still
