Salaam Dr. I am currently 26 weeks pregnant and my AFI level is 17.4 is it normal ? Do I have any risks? My random blood sugar was 75 however i didn't get my Ogtt done yet. Are these levels dangerous ? Kindly reply as soon as possible

Salam AFI levels r onthe higher side . U should get ur OGTT and HbA1c . Try to avoid sugar and sweet things in ur diet .

- Dear u have more risks to develop gestational diabetes so that need to be checked ,monitored and better to have Precautions .
- have diabetic diet ,avoid Suger ,consult dietition.
-do have Ogtt ,HbA1c .
-need monitoring of blood Suger level regularly .
- better to have regular Scans and antenatal visits .
