Aoa you should have proper consultation and examination. Have fruit and vegetable. If oral iron tablets cause constipation. Repeat cbc if anaemic then can take injectable. Thanks

Postpartum rectal bleeding is usually due to haemorrhoids or bawaseer.it is not usually a serious problem.Bleeding caused by haemorrhoids usually stops on its own particularly if you make changes in your diet to keep u constipation free.Eat high fiber foods such as cereals whole grain bread ,beans ,fresh fruits and vegetables every day.Drink plenty of water.A glass of fresh fruit juice especially prune juice.Exercise regularly, walking and yoga.Take a sitz bath several times a day by immersing your bottom in warm water about 10-15 minutes.for temporary relief of pain you can take paracetamol tablet or Brufen tablet twice a day.if your symptoms continue Consult a doctor
