After Childbirth Issues

Question

I delivered my baby on 17-12-2022. The mode of delivery was C-section. Now I am doing breast feeding to my baby properly and their is no menstrual periods. I haven't intercourse for last 2 months I mean after the delivery. But from last Monday we start it but unprotected. Now I am much much worried that whether I will conceive. Because I don't want it now. And if I then what should I do. And if not then what protective measure I should take.

Fully breast fed babies , least chance of pregnancy till 6 months , still do urinebpreg test n feeding causes no menses also, use comdoms for 6 months or Inj family 3 monthly

Take oral Microlute or injection medroxy progesterone every 3 months

You should be on a proper contraceptive measure like pills, coil or jadelle implant. Chances of pregnancy is 2% during lactation.
