i delivered my baby girl on 1st Dec 2018 (a day ago). i had normal delivery with episiotomy. now my issue is i developed some non bleeding hemmoroids in pregnancy. but now they are worse ,hugely swollen and painful i can sit properly bcz of stitches and hemmoroids. plz suggest what can i do for the time being till i get back to my doctor. Any otc which can help me for the time being?

- Dear actually u should go to surgeon for proper treatment but now due to delivery and too much hormonal Changes also made things worst .
-stiches ,local inflammation ,delivery and many more things added to symmptoms .
- have strict hygeine .
- sit in warm water multiple times in a day to relief pain u can use Neem water (that neem leaves keep in a big fan full of water all the time and use that water locally .
- have soft diet with lots of water ,fruits , vegetables and juices.
- have isphagol twice or thrice daily with water early in morning before break fast and night before sleep must .
- have lactulose syp 2 tsp 8 hrly .
- try to avoid food that can cause constipation .eg red meat ,potato etc
- use soft ,properly cooked diet
- have soft Comfortable Undergarments.
- try to see surgeon as well.

any otc i can apply for pain relief? prior to delivery a doctor on this forum suggested anusol cream.

- u can have postan tab 500 mgs 8 hrly for pain better to avoid local cream as having stiches as well and better to keep things dry and Clean.
- if u will have soft stool by modifying diet then would be too much relief from u rather then having Constipation.
