Talk to Gynecologist on After Pregnancy Termination Of 18 Weeks(Hypothyroidism)

I have a child born on jan 2021 everything was good C section done and got Pregnant again in jan 2022 but after 18 week anamoly scan reported Anencephaly which terminated by inducing labour pain and done normal birth after every month i got periods after 20 days last 5 days very heavy bleeding and after few days again bleeding which goes away on its own again bleedind for 1 or 2 should need to do..i took medicine for keep regular cycle but same problem. hypothyroid was diagnosed 4 year ago and with Thyroxine 50 mg its normal now.
