- Better to avail option of bilateral tubal ligation along with 4th Cesearean as 4th cesearean will be Complicated Surgery and many Risks along with it .
- have regular antenatal follow ups and scan with senior Obstetrician .

We could perhaps try for vaginal delivery after 2 CS in selected cases but never after three C to go for a repeat C section.
