Talk to Gynecologist on Alternate Of Ensure
Asking for Self, Female, 26 years old, Karachi
Assalam o alaikum I am 3 months pregnant and also nursing mother. My gynecologist suggested me to take Ensure. But I don't want to gain extra weight (unnessecary) during pregnancy. I want to know is there any alternate of ensure for overweight pregnant ladies. Jazzak Allah
walikum salam. it is not compulsory to take ensure. you can just continue taking your iron, folic acid, multivitamin and calcium supplements and eat healthy food.
