Talk to Gynecologist on Amenorrhea

14 months postpartum without breastfeeding and period hasn't started I have done pelvic and TVS and it is normal scan. I took medications like conjugated estrogen and Primolut norethisteron tablet, M2Tone and vitamin E but always have brown spotting after. I also noticed I always have brownish discharge every 28 days cycle. So I took the steps to go for hormonal profile test

Below is my hormone profile test result

LH *6.28ml* normal range 0.5-10.5

FSH *0.40ml* normal range 2.0-12.0

Progesterone *5.94ml* normal range 2.0-25.0

Prolactin **41.50ml* normal range 3.55-35.76

I was prescribed parlodel tablet for 30 days and I finished taking it two weeks ago but still had brown spotting after and no full period yet Thank you sir
