Talk to Gynecologist on ANA Positive With No Significant Symptoms
Asking for Self, Female, 25 years old, Lahore
Salam doctors, I had been encountered with nodular Episcleritis on right eye for 3 months, and also with hypertension at the same time. Now tested for ANA and RA Factor, RA factor is negative whereas ANA is positive speckled pattern with Titer 1/180. So can you please tell me if I have a serious autoimmune disease? Although, I don't have any significant symptoms so far. Is there is something to worry about? I have attached my ANA and RA factor report.

I would say Do all above if Not done
Usually There is criteria for Autominue
Only Positive ANA doesn't make diagnosis
5 % Population have positive and they dont have any condition
or
Some people have ANA positive with no disease symptoms but years later they came with symptoms so we called Evolving Connective tissue disease !
