I got anal fissures problem during pregnancy and they become swear during delievery..after delievery they become normal..but one month ago, i got my stomach upset usually during ramzan and my fissures become disturbed..now i m facing problem that whenever i m going to pass stole, a brownish mucus discharged from anal first and then stole passed.. Why this brownish tthick mucus coming..sometimes bright red blood and some time.mucus ..one side of anal also become swell during stole pass

hello there, it could be possible that there is an infection there? is there any pain while you passing the stool? are you constipated? what is your diet like? i need to know the answers to the above and then i will be able to advice you.

Dr Farheen, As i said that i have anal fissures and might be its become anal abscess. I am not constipated as i am passing stole 3-4 times in a day..also feeling discomfort in belly aftr passing bowel even. I am not eating any junk food and chicken, eggs , and cold drinks from last 1 month.
