Talk to Gynecologist on Analysis Of Hormonal Tests
Asking for Self, Female, 30 years old, Islamabad
I am married it’s been almost a year now , we are not not planning baby right now but I wanted to know if everything is going good with my hormones as I am 30. I heard people saying that you should plan babies soon after 30 bcz your fertility hormones functions slows down . I am attaching my reports(tsh,t3,t4,testosterone,bhcg,prolactin . Plus I was 3days late on my periods I didn’t strip pregnancy test it came out negative ,then I went for bhcg test it’s 4.98 (less than 5) and the next day I got my periods ,but why is it 4.98? I did this test once before n it was less than 2

Dr I have been on contraceptives for some time .after stopping contraceptive pills,my periods have shortened by 3 days it used to be 27,28 days but from last 8,9 it’s been 25,26days I did fertility tests before as well it came out fine .second thing is that I have minor thick hair on my jaw line ,meray thin Baal thay but thoray lambY tay,is wajah say mainay laser karaya ,ab thoray thick ahtay hain . .but here I want to know the analysis on my reports .is every thing fine ?

ARE LH and FSH done on day two of your cycles?they should be in 1:1.Co relation with AMH and pelvic USG is required.
yes when u reach thirties fertility issue do arise...and this is for both the partners.
wnever u find a discrepancy in any of your labs wch looks suspicious then repeat the test frm another good lab.

No it was done on 1st day . I mean when I came back from lab after 2,3hrs may periods started..I forgot amh test I will do it today
