Anomaly Scan

Question

Aoa. i had anomaly scan today at 19 weeks, and its highlighted left renal pelvis is noted with AP diameter of 3.1

can you please help me out what is the problem left renal pelvis of baby?

and do we need any medications for it? or it will be solved at its own?

is this a serious problem?

needs to review after 1month and if still persist ultrasound of baby kidney will be done after birth

Kidney size is slightly large. Nothing to do. Repeat scan after 2-3 weeks
