This is not a reliable report, anomaly scan should be done by a qualified radiologist, not by a sonologist, it should be done between 18 to 20 weeks.

Renal fullness is not a routinely used terminology. Better get another anomaly scan from another place and tell them to focus on fetal kidneys.
Repeat your ultrasound from a good radiologist , urine report is normal
