Talk to Gynecologist on Antibiotics Reaction During Pregnancy

My pregnancy period is about six months.I had urine infection and my doctor gave me some antibiotics for three days.I ate them but during taking them strong itching on whole body after fifteen days,itching is less than before but when i take lot of liquids its ok but when for some hours i ignor water intake etc... itching again starts. what to do now
