Talk to Gynecologist on Apprehensive About Medication Before Air Travel

Assalamualaikum dear doc

This is my first pregnancy. I had no history of PCOs. I am 12 week pregnant now AlhmdoLillah and have to travel by air after two weeks to my husband at Abu Dhabi In Sha 1st trimester ho gya ho ga finish. Now my gynaecologist is saying to get injection of Gravibinon 3-4 days before leaving and have 2 more of it with gap of 2 weeks! And also start taking Duphaston jaanay se aik week pehly daily. All my fetal indicators baby weight and size are adequate. Doctor said it is healthy pregnancy AlhmdoLillah. Also during my whole 1st trimester I don't have any non usual symptoms nor even excessive vomiting or nausea or dizziness. I also keep myself quite active.

So is it necessary?? Agrr na lu these injection and medicine tau it won't be fine kyn ke side effects bhi Tau hn na of medications!!
