Talk to Gynecologist on Areola Problem

From Last Night I felt itching on breast I checked there is a very little pimple like thing with very small bump and a little spot on it . it is located on edge of areola. when I touch or squeeze water like mucus in it. what is it? Is something wrong? It is like when after injection bump.
needs proper physical check up.

I have done CBC 2 times in first white cell was increased after month they were normal but shows iron deficiency
