Talk to Gynecologist on Asking About Pregnancy Test

I am on treatment of ovulation induction, took clomid for five days and on 12 day of cycle i got the trigger shot, i have heard that trigger shot can give false positive, but i tested 2 days after trigger shot the pregnancy test was negative, last month i also tested after 5 days after trigger shot but didnt get a false positive, i am worried whether the injection is working properly on me or not.
