I just did home test for pregnancy it came postive.. i want to ask what should i do now

Salam take a good diet take folic acid and calcium get ultrasound done after 2 weeks thanks , take care .
Start taking folic acid daily . Healthy diet and avoid junk food specially cheese . Try to increase ur water intake . After two weeks go for an ultrasound .
