i am 23yr old female. over past around 6-8 months I've started feeling that my left breast is about a cup size larger. it feels heavy to me. i think i never felt any asymmetry earlier idk if it existed. both breasts feel same. left one is slightly tender on deep palpation. there are no lymph nodes, no orange skin and no nipple retraction. tell me how to deal with it if it's swollen. i gained some weight in past 2 years tho. and i have irregular periods. this shatters my confidence. please help
