Baby heartbeat was not detected in my first ultrasound.. usually kab detect hojati hai heartbeat aur ager jaldi detect na ho to Kiya reason hosakte hai?

- if periods irregular then it might possible that u can get heart beat late. But at specific time or weeks if no heart beat it is marked as missed miscarriage so u need to repeat ultrasound after 10 days.
In mean time if observe bleed, pain passage of Clots, need to see in gynae Emergency.
-continue to have folic acid till then.
-next time if trying to conceive start folic acid in advance.
