Talk to Gynecologist on Baby Position
Asking for Self, Female, 28 years old, Calgary
I am 31 weeks pregnant and had an ultrasound in ehich doctor told me that your baby has been in frank breech position since start. I am just kind of worried that how my baby hasn't changed position. Also is it possible that baby changes position now or i am only left with c-section option and no normal delivery? Please guide

look fr knee-chest positions in you tube-do them on regular basis-but dont till ur comfort level duznt occur by co incidence either theres sumthg in the pelvis(thru wch the baby comes out-may b CPD etc) or it cud b the baby(wth big size-say more than or near to 4kg etc or his head is too big,short nuchal cords also present wth breeches etc)and then is the uterus itself(may b fibroids in the lower uterine segment or the placenta previa) out these three possible causes and then go fr knee-chest positions-in lay man language v call it to do lambay lambay sajday-bow down to ur knees as long as u feel push ur self to limits-it helps in most of the cases provided the liquor etc is normal along wth other things i hv dont go fr external cephalic version-its obselete...

try these knee chest position religously wth full trust-they ll help-but if it duznt and if its ur first pregnancy then ofcourse safest is the C SECTION as wth primaries entrapment of the after coming head is frequent-i really wonder tht even in Canada ur mid wife has nt guided u or perhaps u didnt follow her-knee chest r advisable fr breeches or other abmormal lies frm twenty eight weeks-but u can giv it a inform ur attending OBG-she might guide u much better
