I married on June 2017 and got pregnant on October 2017 I have 4 months pregnancy which is terminated on February 2018 scan shows amniotic fluid is none bcz baby kidneys not developed After 7 months I got pregnant on October 2018 and this time faces exactly same problem and have d&c on February 2019 Kindly guide me properly what we do where to consult

- Dear it seems u need detailed investigations for this issue as u Experienced it twice .
- did u had karyotyping of products u had miscarriaged ???if yes better to send results for that other wise have thrombophiollia screening for antibodies defects , karyotyping of husband and you and Torch testing and Vaccination .
- if not immune have vaccination for torch infection before conception.
- have complete treatment of any health issue u and husband have .
- have balanced diet ,weight and Bmi .
- have recreational activities and quit recreational drugs.
- if husband taking tobbacco request to quit and better to have check on any health issue .
-have strict control on diet better to have less Suger ,oil ,spice and salt .
- have folic acid daily 5 mgs from now .
- do have all aboe tests and follow here with reports.
