I'm married since 7yrs..i had gone through 5 pregnancies from which 2 are missed abortions and 3 babies are born with neural tube defects. None of them are alive.. I am doing some research on it and i have found that ntd babies are because of vitamin b12 deficiency in mother. Mainey karachi ka koi specialist nhi chora, mere bht tests bhi hoye but aaj tak kusi bhi doctor ne vitamin b12 ka test nhi karwaya.. I'm very confused whats happening pls guide.

you have to start tab. folic acid in pregnancy period, but please rule out your diabetes as well.
You need to be on 5 mg of folic acid.

My hba1c is normal, i had this test in every pregnancy even before pregnancy too.. And also took folic acid tablet before 6months of getting pregnant but same happened again.

most of the defects are due to genetic problems, r u having cousin marriage? or any family history of such anomalous babies ?or taking any medicine for some disease ? folic acid deficiency and diabetes are mainly cause of. NTD, , but sometimes they may present as complex disorders association with genetic or chromosomal abnormality... some causes are preventable like, Take folic acid pre- pregnancy and diabetic screen, but some are non preventable , as by God's we can't do in this matter
Go for karyotyping of both partners.
