Talk to Gynecologist on Back Pain During Pregnancy After First Cesarean

Hi i gave birth by cesarean 8 months ago but now I got pregnant again with 5 weeks. But i have severe back pain its increasing day by day I'm in uk but they just told me to take paracetamol nothing else but my pain is getting worse i can't bend can't change side and difficult to walk. What can I do please help me. Thank you

It’s a common practice in UK..They advise Paracetamol as back pain is very common in pregnancy..reasons can be musculoskeletal pain due to working alone at home as no family support

If you feel this pain is not manageable with paracetamol you can ask your GP to prescribe Dihydrocodeine for you

Yeah its not going with the paracetamol I'm taking almost 8 tablets a day but still struggling ?

If you didn’t have back pain before pregnancy than you should ask your GP to exclude ectopic pregnancy . It’s important.

No its not an ectopic pragnsncy because they've done tvs to find out but they said pragnsncy is on right position. What else can I do please?

Plz consult rheumatologist for this, you must get evaluated for any spinal problem, some nerve damage, its not at all normal to have such pain, get massage with some gel and hot fomentation
