Sometimes backache have no cause in pregnancy. Please get your vitamin D levels checked and treated if needed. Otherwise eat well , stay hydrated, rest in the afternoon and try warm baths and massage
Panadol is safe if u consume it 8 or 12hours apart. But it is best to find out the cause of pain. you must keep a check on your calcium and vit D.
Also wear shoes that have sole support. flat shoes can give back aches in pregnancy
