Bacterial Infection & Vomiting

assalam o alaikum,

my wife is pregnant and is in the start of 16 weeks.

she is diagnosed with minimum bacterial infection (as per urine Dr, minimum bacteria is there ). she also had sore throat, while, she daily feels headache and vomits.

please answer these queries,

1. She is taking zocef antibiotic (cefuroxime axetil). is it safe ?

2. can she take Panadol daily for headache ?

3. is envepe for vomiting safe in pregnancy ?
